What is an escape room?

It is a real-life escape game designed for small groups of 2-10 people. Your goal is simple: work together as a team to find clues, solve puzzles and get out through the locked door in 60 minutes or less. While the goal is simple, the game is challenging. Your ability to escape the room in time will be determined by how good you are at thinking out side of the box.  Each room has a different theme and set of clues so the challenges just keep coming!

Am I really going to be LOCKED in a room?

 

 

 

 

 

 

Yes and no.  We WILL lock you in a room for 60 minutes... unless of course, you can escape before then.  BUT... do not fear... our Escape Rooms are equipped with an interior emergency exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.  Additionally, your Escape is being monitored by our staff to ensure your time is a memorable one!

 

 

Do I need any special abilities, knowledge or skills?

No, this is suitable for anyone who is willing to have fun and keep an open mind.  Our rooms are all FAMILY FRIENDLY and are appropriate for players aged 4 to 94!  We strive to provide a fun atmosphere for all who come and challenge themselves.  There is no need to prepare as our goal is for you to experience something unlike you have ever seen or done before!  Participating in the activity does require climbing a flight of stairs at the NSB location but otherwise there are no physically demanding challenges.

 

 

 

What time do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to fill out your waivers and you will be given a 10 minute briefing before the game begins.  Plan on another 10-15 minutes at the end to take pictures and discuss the fun!  Games must begin promptly and being late could cause you to have less than sixty minutes to play.  Our rooms take some time to set back up and we most likely are scheduled with back to back rooms.  Thanks for your understanding!

Do I need to purchase all the available tickets?

Absolutely not!   Book just one or a few and you’ll be teamed with other people in the same game!  We suggest looking at the calendar for other small groups that may have already booked and joining in!  The more people you have the better chance you have of escaping in time! (Unless you book the entire room, you could possibly be paired with other players.)

Can my group have exclusive use of the room?

Yes!  To book an private room, you will need to purchase the maximum capacity for that specific game room.  This is a great team building excerise for your team, staff, youth group or your family and friends!  Select max number of participants when booking online.  You will automatically be given the group discount of 20% off when choosing the max number of participants!  Please click the email link below if interested in booking a group larger than one room.  We will respond with more info and help get your group set up!

How much does it cost?
The price per person is $28 unless booking the entire room.  We accept all major credit cards and the cost includes any credit card processing fees.  Please contact us using the link above for info on large group discounts.

 

How do I book?

Most people find it easiest to book and pay online using the BOOK NOW page or link.  It is much easier as you can scroll through the dates and times to see what rooms are open and how many people have already booked for a certain time slot.  We are also able to take bookings over the phone if you choose.  If calling to make a reservation please have your credit card information ready.  You will have the option to pay in full when you get there but will need to make a deposit to hold your spot.  Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advanced or you will be charged for the full amount of your booking.

Is there a cancellation policy?

ALL Cancellations made in less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be charged for the entire amount of the booking. 

ALL Cancellations made in less than 48 hours (but more than 24 hours) before a scheduled appointment will be charged the $30 non-refundable deposit amount. 

All rooms RESCHEDULED in less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment will automatically be charged a $30 rescheduling fee.  There are no fees charged for cancellations or rescheduling if there is at least a 48 hour notice.  Thank you for your understanding.

Can I come back and try it again?

Yes!  We have more than one room available. Each room may only be attempted one time. Please pay attention to which room you are signing up for since you will want to experience a new adventure each time.
